• Seller had a very impressive business that was a leader in the managing general agency market and was looking for a healthy valuation that would properly reflect the uniqueness of the asset.

• Trefethen principals initiated and introduced Arrowhead to Spectrum Equity Investors, who had strong knowledge of the market and could complete due diligence and the transaction quickly at the agreed upon price.
• The original value proposition was confirmed as performance exceeded expectations and led to a successful recapitalization within one year after the initial purchase.
